About The Film

An inspiring feature documentary about redesigning a world built for everyone else.

A courageous, disabled entrepreneur envisions a more accessible world as she opens her first brick & mortar business.

In the heart of Atlanta, best-selling author, speaker, and stroke survivor Katherine Wolf, along with her husband Jay, transforms a 1990s Italian restaurant into Mend, a new coffee shop & retail concept intentionally built to offer people with disabilities meaningful community and dignified employment.

With Katherine’s irresistible charm and humor, discover how inaccessible the world truly is, and journey with her as she reimagines an innovative, design-forward space that welcomes everyone to the table.
